Horrible staff, rude and racist towards Asians and brown people when they themselves are minority! What a joke! They close store before time, refuse to take order and behave entitled. What’s joke for a big name like Starbucks! Stop hiring this kind of unkind racist people ! And have some sympathy towards diverse people! You are in New York City! A big no and never come here! Walk more and go to some other cafe!
