Employees were so nice and pleasant. Made order through app and when I arrived the young lady greeted and asked what i would like and I mentioned I have a mobile order and she checked the system and saw and started in my order right away. She's great and the young man that was with her was nice as well, he was the first person I encountered when I arrived and then I started looking at their gift display area because it was so nicely arranged and there were nice items ive never seen at other locations. Good atmosphere and just standard taste you would expect at any other location. Could improve on the service, though. First, the barista at the counter does not seem to know that Starbucks offers brewed coffee among their menu and offered me cold brew instead. I went for an iced americano just to save the hassle. Then the barista who made my drink gave me a hot americano instead of my order which said otherwise. I haven’t been to a Starbucks in over a year and Julie on expo this morning was bringing the vibes. Give this woman a raise!
My goodness where do I start, as I sit here at the 515 location sipping on my delicious venti pink drink (could've used a tad bit more syrup but I view it as a sign to have less sugar LOL) at 7:45AM in the morning, never have I ever witnessed such a smooth handling of the morning rush at any Starbucks location.
