969 and 1st AVE in manhattan location. I had entered the establishment while telling my partner that I love the caramel frappe here. She needed to use the restroom and when she asked, she was denied and directed to a nearby grocery store while another employee said we have to purchase something. When I said I was planning to order she just turned around and gave a smug look while the other said something about the restroom under her breath.
