I had REALLY rude and unpleasant experience with one staff today. I believe further customer service training is necessary here
This place needs to make connecting to wifi more accessible, not just nyu or local universities. Keep everyone connected, and working.
Everytime I get a drink from here, there is a 1 inch gap at the top. This results in messed up proportions often making my drink way too sweet. Then, I've always had horrible service. They're always annoyed when I ask for anything (even when its not busy), and they will say something rude. There's another Starbucks 5 min away that is better worth your money and energy.
Always get my coffee specifications wrong. Wait time for mobile orders can go beyond half an hour. Now I understand why only nyu students, and no other people living in the neighborhood, buy coffee from here. It is a complete disaster.
Always missing item also with very low efficiency, the staff make everyone behind the unfinished order instead of giving out the order that already finished
