The most miserable Starbucks in NY... the experience here was terrible. Lady at the register had a bonnet on. She didn't even exchange pleasantries with me while taking my order. I told her good morning and she just stood there staring at me.. she also spelt my name wrong despite it being short and simple. I even spelt it for her. Staff in general ignored customers but were talking amongst themselves the entire time. No little notes on the cups either.
Love Starbucks! But how can you sell a full blown out menu when you don’t even offer RESTROOMS to your patrons ? How can you sit and eat at a place with no bathroom? Terrible! You are not a fully blown take out establishment!!! You have seating!
This is the single most unfriendly Starbucks I've ever been to in my entire life! It was actually comical... I walked in on a nice Saturday afternoon, no else one in line, a barista at the register. I said "Hi, how's it goin?" He just looked at me, totally serious. Didn't respond in any way. Like John Entwistle. "Ok..." I said nervously, "How about..." and proceeded to order my $13.00 in sugary steamed milk and slice of cake made 3 weeks ago. I swear, this guy had to be John Entwistle's grandson.
