I ordered a Grande Iced Ube Coconut Cream Shaken Espresso with no ice, and the cup was only filled halfway. When I asked, the staff said it was because of the “no ice” option — but I’ve ordered the exact same drink (no ice) at other Starbucks locations and always received a full cup. This feels misleading and inconsistent. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for customizing their drinks, especially when other locations don’t handle it this way. Very disappointing experience.

Walked in on a morning totally understandable that it may take some time. Several people behind the counter maybe 6? . Not one person at the register everyone making drinks . Stood there for a good 7 mins , not one person said good morning be right with you just everyone making drinks. Just make the store a mobile order only if that’s the only people they’re going to service . Once I walked out someone finally walked over but what’s the point in ordering clearly mobile is the priority why waste my time ?
