Today is my birthday and I was told by a friend that I can get a complimentary drink. Unfortunately, the staff told me that I needed the app to get it. Sad I wasn’t able to get my free drink and ended up just buying my own drink and a chocolate croissant. Kind of disappointed that I couldn’t get a birthday drink without having to download an app.
So today Nov 10th around 8:45 i thought it would be a good morning but this so called new thing they have where they only make one of your drinks when you order two online and than you have to wait 5 to 10 mins for your other one for some reason really messes up things! But that wasn’t the promblem the main thing was when you ask the help when will the other one will be done they have to look at the sticker and than tell u it’s in line to be made like if that’s an answer but than u have to deal with the eye rolling and attit... read more
