This is my favorite cafe. The baristas are really nice folks, we know each other by name and there is usually seating. But of course I have a beef for writing you now. It's the LOUD customers who hold either Zoom or cell phone conversations and ignore much noise pollution they make. They chase your customers to the opposite side of the store. I'm not joking. I ordered a Venti quad shot Carmel latte w/ extra hot soy milk. Got a small cup w/ the 4 shots, Carmel and a splash of steamed soy milk. Would have corrected the mistake, but they would have thrown it out.
