The young men and women who work at the Starbucks, care the most professional, kind knowledgeable staff I have seen at Starbucks!! It has become a daily part of my morning routine to get my coffee and chitchat with these young adults who are Like children to me. I wish all Starbucks would like them!!
I love the new brown sugar cortada but this was my first time getting it at this location. The first one they made tasted like warm oatmilk with a hint of burnt espresso. I asked for a refund with the intention of going to a different location but the other girl just said "I'll just remake it". That's not what I wanted but they didn't seem inclined to give me a refund and I really wasn't in the mood to argue.
