Horrible workers don’t look like they want to be at their job
My Cappuccino was a 30% fill and the rest is milk frost. Only one register open. At checkout you have a 20% tip by default, and if you didn't play Nintendo you will be lost how to choose a 'no tip' option.

Ran out of cups at 8am. Took 45 minutes to get a plain coffee. Pretty disappointed with this Starbucks.
Cortado was zero stars. Lady who took my money was friendly; unfortunately her barista skills were worse than the flagger waving red sticks on the tarmac. Cortado was scalding and watery - pretry standard for a starbucks though. Quality targets from management for staff must not address drink quality. Gold standard for coffee drinks at airport is Ritual at SFO.
