I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. While I was waiting the baristas were talking to each other, and even after asking them 3 times about my order they didn’t give me the right one. I asked for an iced matcha but ended up with a coffee. After 30 mins I gave up.
I waited, 1st in line, with 6 -10 people behind me for nearly 20 minutes. No one came to the register. The 2 people working would occasionally glance over. One was maybe tinkering with the coffee machine, the other was at the oven; couldn’t see what she was doing. Not an interest in the world for taking anyone’s order. People just left the line. I did too.
Seeing this Starbucks was like seeing the American Embassy when you’ve lost your passport: utter joy. The coffee I received saved countless innocent people from my crappy attitude.
The 1 star reflects the lowest level of service provided. I learned more about your barista's friends, dating life, and so many other things while waiting 20+ minutes for my beverage. I'm appalled these people serve the customer in such a negligent manner.
