Order 1 Americano take 25 min. The staff are constantly chatting and laughing, but they don't seem interested in the orders that have come in.
The staff were busy so they decided to finish orders taken so the waiting paid customers can wait less. They told us to wait for 5mins before they can taking orders, however, they continued picking up orders online so customers waiting for placing orders waited multiple 5 minutes. Many gave up and walked away. If the volume of the day is always high, let customers wait may not be the right solution, please consider to staff properly.
3 staff - 1 barista = 15 people waiting / love you not long time.
15 minutes and still waiting. Multiple people have been waiting for a single item for a multi-item order. Super disorganized. Workers are apathetic and slow.
I am very disappointed in the service I received today at MSP terminal 1 Starbucks. I just bought an insulated Starbucks thermo flask/tumbler and wanted to fill it with hot water and a pack of tea. I asked Renee to please rinse it. She turned and said to hurry up she doesn’t have all day as I was deciding on my the tea I wanted.
