The employee states “we have not enough staff and too many mobile orders, so either order through the app or go to the other Starbucks” and stopped taking orders for all the people who just stood in line. Maybe make a location mobile orders only instead of ignoring all the people who just stood in line to get to the register??
I’m in several different airports all throughout the week, I have to say these lovely ladies working at 9:00am on 08/29 were so kind and sweet as well as very efficient. Their cheery interactions with every single person were something I had to sit and watch for a few minutes. Really brightened my day ! Thank you all
Rude staff
There was only one other person in front of me who had already ordered. I stood there for at least a minute, maybe two while the girl stood there not acknowledging me yet not preparing any drinks or serving anyone else. There were four other people only one doing something, others seemed to be standing around. When the girl did come over, she then quickly turned and stepped away to grab her phone and then plug it in. All the while not looking at me or even acknowledging my existence. If I could give negative stars this place would be in that category. My order was very simple. They skipped my order and started making drinks for people that came after me. If I hadn’t gotten up to say something who knows how long I would have waited for my simple order. Workers there are very distracted, for lack of a better word they really don’t care about their job responsibilities. This place gives a bad name to Starbucks.
