This was the worst experience I have ever had at Starbucks. I paid extra for crunch and caramel for my drinks. I cannot have the whip cream on top because it was an allergy. They of course gave me the drink with none of the extra things I paid for and with the whip cream. When I asked for them to please remake it because I have the allergy.
