Little annoyed, I always get a pup cup for my daughter and ask for caramel they always do it without hesitation. The lady today told me that she couldn’t do that so then I said OK. Can I have a cup of whipped cream with caramel on it and just charge me for it she said that she couldn’t do that either. I said it’s for a kid not a dog. Couldn’t have just done it to make a little girls day. Do better it’s caramel not a free drink.
This review was long overdue because I have been coming to this location for a while, and everyone who has helped me in drive-thru has always been in a good mood, very attentive, and very friendly. Very good customer service.
I absolutely love this Starbucks. They have the best humans working there, kind, friendly, sweet, and the best part is this Starbucks always gets your drinks right. They treat us like friends ❤️
