The event I am sharing happened on Thursday, 6/25/2026 at 6:10 p.m. at the 27890 Clinton Keith Rd, Murrieta, CA 92562 Starbucks location. I usually go to the Starbucks at 29588 Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA 92591 and Judy at that location treats me with tremendous respect but that was not the case at this location. Best Starbucks in Murrieta . Staff is awesome and drinks are on point
We hit the drive thru Saturday, 8am. Friendly staff. Drinks were exactly to our liking. Nice stop.
Little annoyed, I always get a pup cup for my daughter and ask for caramel they always do it without hesitation. The lady today told me that she couldn’t do that so then I said OK. Can I have a cup of whipped cream with caramel on it and just charge me for it she said that she couldn’t do that either. I said it’s for a kid not a dog. Couldn’t have just done it to make a little girls day. Do better it’s caramel not a free drink.
This review was long overdue because I have been coming to this location for a while, and everyone who has helped me in drive-thru has always been in a good mood, very attentive, and very friendly. Very good customer service.
