Maddie tried but it something that doesn't sit right, the lead person was no help only irritated matters, she should be lead. Nontheless, I go to this starbuck a lot. I pay good money only to be told if I need to use the restroom I have to by something when it isn't streamlined across the board. Nice staffs but in the last two times I've been here my hot grande drinks are never filled completely. There's like almost an inch from the rim of the cup that's empty.
