Had a Bias experience, Do Better...
This morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered what I usually get once a week a cup of pumpkin cold foam (which I always pay for). I’m not sure what changed, but the associate, Ellie, gave me a hard time about my order. In the past, I’ve never had an issue, but today she was short and rude with me. First, she gave me the wrong foam. When I pointed it out, she took it back and returned with the correct one, but it was only half-filled in a tall cup.
