I went to the drive tru and paid cash for my $6.75 Dubai Matcha . I knew what I had because not only it was my only $20, it was folded, looked at it and straighten it before handed it over to the female cashier. She returned $3.25. I asked her why only $3.25? I don’t really come out to Murietta too often but this is my favorite Starbucks out here! I just stopped by at around 12:45PM for a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with blonde ristretto shots and the baristas welcomed me in, wished me well as we left and they wrote the most uplifting message on the cup alongside the cutest drawing of a snail which made me smile and laugh out loud! Thanks for your awesome-ness!
Very slow with online orders. App says 3-6 minutes and after 10 minute drive still end up waiting 10 more minutes.
Cashier forgot to ask for my name and I waited a while for a hot chocolate… around 8:09am when I finally got it after waiting a while I heard staff chuckle as I walked away I Didn’t get an apology for waiting .. first time here… not sure if I’ll stop by again.was just trying to get into holiday spirit before work…
