I asked for a in house coffee, which is an 8 oz coffee, and they gave me a kids size to go cup every time. Worst service, and they do not listen at all. That is not enough coffee for an adult to drink.
Cold foam is heavy whipping cream mixed with a little milk and blended! Please educate your employees because it is not frothed milk! We pay so much for a drink for you guys to get it wrong. You had an employee telling all her employees that cold foam is just frothing milk and that's wrong.
