This Starbucks runs well and feels good to be in. The layout is open and well-designed, but what really stands out is the staff. They work seamlessly as a team - efficient, friendly and consistently welcoming. I’ve even made a few new friends here, which says a lot about the kind of environment they’ve created. The espresso is excellent. Easily my favorite Starbucks.
I don’t go to Starbucks often at all, but I do every time I go to cars and coffee and this place is usually friendly with everyone having a positive attitude. Today I walked in and stood in line with the attendance back to me while she was having a personal conversation. This is not a problem at all with me, but she turned around, said hello and then turned her back to continue her conversation for almost a full minute. I love Starbucks!
This is the only location I’ve ever been to where they wouldn’t let me modify a drink. I travel and visit Starbucks very frequently and order the same thing every time. They wouldn’t let me substitute the milk and change the syrup flavor because there is something similar on the menu that makes it $2 more. A barista at a different Starbucks told me to order it this way because of the price difference and I’ve done it this way since, with all of the Starbucks I have gone to supporting this way of ordering bc of how ridiculous... read more
What can I say? It's a Starbucks, and I think they're all basically the same, which I think says they have good management for a large chain of food-related stores.
