Absolutely ignorant and rude staff... come here for my girlfriend and daughter all the time and everytime we are met with attitudes and very unprofessional.
Every time I come here, my order is done correctly. They give great service. And I like the bonus points I can get to get a free drink. It’s really fun to come here and get what I like. 11/22/2024 I still like this location however I had a problem this morning with the team Lead is what she called herself. And honestly, because of her, I would’ve never came back to this Starbucks, but the store manager took care of me and I got my drink made perfectly. The Lead Manager in the Starbucks area is the worst And very aggressive.
99% of the time they're out of sweet cream.... In a grocery store. Walk over to the case and get one. SWEET CREAM IS IN HALF OF YOUR DRINKS! They try to blame it on Giant, but it's on them. Supply chain, logistics, and properly ordering would solve this problem. Put a freaking sign out saying you don't have it so I don't wait in line to have you tell me that you don't have any.
I receive friendly and prompt service very impressive
I normally don't write reviews, but this was RIDICULOUS! When I went, there was only one person working!! I tried to give her a tip, but she said she wasn't allowed!! This is OUTRAGEOUS! It makes me very upset that they are making TEENAGERS work ALONE and don't allow us to reward them!
