Ordered a matcha frap with a blonde shot and light ice. Seems like they just ran my milk through the frother until it fluffed the cup full. My drink is all foam. It settled about an inch over 5 mins before I tasted it. You can literally see in the picture that half the drink is fluff. What a waste of $10 bucks. Second pic is after it settled for 10 mins.
terrible experience lady left 4 items to be picked up unbagged and neglected . Standing for over 12 minutes no one says anything I said there something more I need to get the order just sitting there. "I'll have someone come bag it up". Then she sends Brooke to do that part. Rude employees mismanaged and poor customer service. Terrible experience
