The current crew members are rockstars. They are polite, responsive, and kind. The drinks are better than they have ever been. I’ve never been more impressed with this store. I used to avoid this Starbucks, and now I visit more frequently. I can’t say enough good things. The people have made a huge difference.
Multiple times I have gone here and they forget something on a drink, extra caramel (that I paid for), caramel drizzle on the caramel ribbon crunch,and even today when I got the unicorn frappe it did not have the blue drizzle and I was the first to order so I know they were not out of it. If I am paying for something it needs to be included in the drink
I was visiting for a week so came in every day for coffee. The young girl was very snobby and argued with me about what I ordered and one girl was making my drink one day, put flat whipped cream on it so I asked if she could just scoop it off and shake the aerator and she dumps it all out then leaves it to another employee to remake. I was tipping generously on order just to be treated like trash. Dark haired lady rocked though
I ordered online at 2:54pm today and only had 2 drinks. When I arrived, I noticed only one employee working. I waited patiently for 15 more minutes and only one drink was ready. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the other drink. So it took basically 45 minutes from start to finish. They definitely need another person there to help the employee that was alone. The drinks were good but that wait time was crazy!
