I ordered online at 2:54pm today and only had 2 drinks. When I arrived, I noticed only one employee working. I waited patiently for 15 more minutes and only one drink was ready. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the other drink. So it took basically 45 minutes from start to finish. They definitely need another person there to help the employee that was alone. The drinks were good but that wait time was crazy!
Their hours say that they are open untill 7pm. Went in around 6:15 and they were closed. They are very unreliable.
So annoying that everytime we go they are closed. They close at 7 but today as with other days we show up before 6:30 and they are already closed. Bad customer service. If you're going to close before 6:30 then post that you are only open until 6.
This Starbucks did not have their priorities straight at all.The worker needed extra assistance from a Kroger worker in a different department to help her make drinks. Three people who ordered after me got their order first, which is not the way it should be done. They didn’t go in the correct order when making drinks, and horrible attitude towards customers.
Love Starbucks!!! It's my favorite go to when I need a quick bite or drink!
