The barista who took my order could be a bit friendlier. I didn’t understand one word she said (English isn’t my first language and neither hers), and instead of simply repeating it, she raised her voice and spoke to me very rudely. It made me feel quite uncomfortable. A little more patience and kindness would go a long way.
After a very disappointing dinner elsewhere, we called into this Starbucks last night (18/7/26) before heading to a nearby show, and we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming and full of smiles. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they made us feel like valued customers rather than just another order in the queue.
