Great as always
Haven’t had Starbucks in a long time. I reckon Frappuccino is still number one! We tried the new Pumpkin Spice, Matcha Oat Latte & Matcha Soy Latte. Honestly, the matcha drinks were the worst we’ve ever had. They tasted more like artificial powder than matcha and were way too sweet. We asked the staff if that was the original taste, and they said yes. We couldn’t enjoy and finish them. Such a waste of money. Definitely not recommended for matcha fans!
You can take a coffee break here. It is very likely that you will drink the same quality of coffee compared to many places. They keep up with standards. The service is very fast to thank friends who are constantly working, constantly. Health to your work. Feedback: It would be nice if it was kept a little cleaner. There is usually dirt on the tables and garbage on the floor. The service area is clean.
Nice.
Disappointing service this Saturday morning. I had to run back and forth between the pickup counter and the order counter just to get my pastry, which was really inconvenient. When I asked the staff (short hair Asian girl) about some drink recommendations, she seemed uninterested and didn't really bother explaining anything. She was very rude and I didn’t know why she acted like that with customer needing some helps. Hoping this was just an off morning, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
