Do NOT use this management company! Our HOA fired them and they double charged us for snow removal, which was not provided and did not resolve the issue. All of the home owners replied by phone call and by email that the service was not provided on the week it happened, then the next month we were still billed for it! . Karol from Starbucks was supposed to resolve the issue and no response was received from her. I also phoned the owner Mark Mcclung by phone on 4/6/16 regarding the matter, who did not call me back.
Starbuck Realty Group is as unprofessional as they are expensive. I purchased a new townhome and was required to sign a Party Wall agreement in which Starbuck Reality Group was the property managers for all the units. Whenever we have an issue, be it no snow removal for days, poor lawn maintenance, or high water irrigation bills in which they have 'no idea why' it takes them weeks if not months to respond back.
