Have used Starboy several times in the past and been happy, but this last week they 1. insisted on setting an appointment time that required us to reorganize our entire day then 2. failed to show up, 3. when we called (with both confirmation text and email to refer to) we were told that they had no record of us at all and didn't know what we were talking about 4. turns out the amount they quoted us was 2X the going rate! Stop throwing your advertising trash on my property
Denver Lim gave me the name and source of a preventative gadget to get and decrease the incidence of a clogged pipe from the discharge of water into the pipe. A wonderful Plumber!
Discovered an overflowing toilet this morning at 8. Phoned and got a 2:00-3:00 window (much smaller window than other plumbers typically give). Denver arrived a little before 2 and was done in 15 minutes. He had some suggestions for future issues. I’m very satisfied with the service and support.
