I purchased a vintage LV purse recently onboard Celebrity Cruises and when I unpacked my bag upon arriving home, I noticed the strap was damaged. I contacted customer service who has done absolutely nothing to date!! I’m going to file a complaint with the cruise line about this company. Do not purchase anything from their stores! Worst customer service ever.
