Dianne the sales agent is rude and unhelpful. She didn’t give us availability or prices for the house. When we asked for ballpark pricing, she said 700K. The actual cost of the house was 624K. I bought a house in Folsom and their sales personnel was rude as well. warranty service personnel were all rude and fraudulent. The warranty work was shoddy.
