Great shop, very knowledgeable. My car is lowered and almost none of the suspension is stock, 3 other shops had a hard time aligning it while Star had no problem. Thanks again guys, I’ll be back.
I came here late on a Friday with my out of state car (just moved to NY) to get the state safety inspection done ahead of my DMV appointment. Also needed an Oil change and had the tires from the front moved to the back. The guys were very friendly and helpful although I did not have an appointment. Waited for maybe 10min and everything was done in about 30min. Outstanding price and service!
Great team, timely service! What really impressed me was that when I wasn’t backing out, the owner/manager of business noticed my tire pressure was low, he took his time and fill all my tires to the right pressure. What a little personal touch! This is no big deal if it happened in a small town, but this is in Queens, New York! Hat off to the team!
Very Dishonest guys! Please do not patronize them as a first customer!! I planned to do wheel alignment and oil change. He told I will need to wait for one hour because they are doing wheel balancing on a Benz car. I waited for more than one hour for them to complete a wheel balancing, yet he brought in another car that came after and asking me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. I ask him why, the he told me I can leave if I cannot wait.
Took my Lotus to Ali and team and they did a great job. No other auto shops in the area had my specific car specs and they not only had it, they did the same day at a great price. They’re busy but that is to be expected given they’re really good. Highly recommend.
