The guy worked under my car for about 40 minutes, pretending to do a lot of work. Two days later, the issue came back. My husband checked and found that he had only put in 3 or 4 screws—nothing else. Thanks for the great acting performance! 😀
Their rates are reasonable and their service department is courteous and professional and explains diagnostic and repair work clearly. Their repair work also seems thorough. 2/5/2025 Amendment to original review: Be advised that they charge for diagnostic services even when they perform the repairs. Although they'd previously indicated that they didn't operate that way, they assessed a diagnostic fee of $145 in addition to the parts and labor charges for an O2 sensor job. Had an emergency flat tire on the 101 and was able to get off luckily and was close enough to come to Star West to get it fixed. Unfortunately, even though the tire could be patched, the inner wall was damaged from me driving on it while it was flat, and it wasn’t safe to continue driving on it. Long story short, the owner was able to quickly get my same tire and replace it for a brand new tire at an excellent price. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Aram and Harry, thank you!
