Their rates are reasonable and their service department is courteous and professional and explains diagnostic and repair work clearly. Had an emergency flat tire on the 101 and was able to get off luckily and was close enough to come to Star West to get it fixed. Unfortunately, even though the tire could be patched, the inner wall was damaged from me driving on it while it was flat, and it wasn’t safe to continue driving on it. Long story short, the owner was able to quickly get my same tire and replace it for a brand new tire at an excellent price. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Aram and Harry, thank you!
I remember not being very pleased after my visit. Cash & 5th wheel was an issue if you can't recall. It also took them longer that they promised.
I trust Aram and his team wholeheartedly with my 2011 M-B convertible. They can do anything she needs and if they can't, they'll tell me who can. I won't go anywhere else.
