I just went through the process of buying a vehicle at Delaney Volvo in Greensburg. Joseph Lynn (J.B.) was my sales representative. Beyond phenomenal customer service and overall experience. I never drove a Volvo before and he made sure that I test drove everything I wanted. After the test drive I didn’t feel any push to buy anything, but knew I wanted the XC40 right after. My daughter has an older 2010 Volvo S40. We bought her the car for college which she attends locally. A problem developed with the car's computer system and after taking it to a local garage it was determined that we needed to go to the dealership for a more comprehensive diagnosis. I was reluctant fearing the bill would be excessive. Purchased Volvo in September 2024 and on my way to work yesterday the dreaded check engine light came on. I called the service department and the manager (John) went above and beyond to pick up my car at work (NorthSide), drop off loaner and return my car same day after properly servicing it! Purchasing a car is the easy part, finding a great service department is the hard part. Delaney Volvo has it figured out. Thanks again for superior service!
Yesterday (9/16/24), on my way home from a weekend trip, my Volvo XC90's TPMS went off indicating a lower tire pressure. Seeing that I was close to Delaney, and not looking forward to finishing my trip on a donut, or spending an hour waiting for a tow, I detoured there to have it checked out.
