We were incredibly disappointed with our first experience at The Block. We are non resident hunters who took a large bull elk to be butchered. The gentlemen who helped unload our bull said some of our meat may be rancid. We told them we expected that and to save as much meat as possible. (Most of the meat was fine). When we went to pick up our meat, they informed us they threw it all away without letting us know. Unbelievably great service went out of their way to take care of us also a very clean facility with helpful people. Would recommend!!
