I like reading this paper but can no longer access my account. It has been weeks and I need to pay my bill but cannot pay if I cannot gain access. I want to set a vaca hold, I would like to pay my bill but your site no longer works. I guess firefox is not compatible. Your Iowa printers are awful. Photos are junk now and the comics are difficult to read.
I took their offer of a trial digital subscription and one day prior to the end they sent me a weekend email saying the subscription would auto renew for triple the original price and the amount would be taken by ACH out of my bank account. Since it was the weekend they would not answer the phone so I emailed them. They replied and said I was cancelled but nonetheless the next day their biller, "GoCardLess" took $260 out of my bank account.
