Star Tire was extremely helpful and very kind in my experience trying to get my tires switched out when another shop was giving me a head ache. Initially I went there for a part and they took the time to understand my situation and help out as much as possible rather than just selling me the part and sending me on my way, going as far as to recommend me not buying the part I went there for because they knew I didn’t need it. We went to get new tires that day an seen all types of rims for sale. Not looking for rims they were just to beautiful to pass up well they also had access to many more which we picked out a set an they came in a day. The workmanship was the best I have seen in a long time. Well they treated us just like family. We will be using that shop for all are car needs. Thank you so much to the crew an staff at star tires
First of all AVOID this place for your safety !!!! They worked in my car but because this people they don't care about you they put my breaks the wrong way while I'm going gimr my car has no breaks . Second I have to go to them everyday for 3 days to get the right part and in the second day I say I can't come anymore please give me my money they said no . Keep in my mind they are so EXPENSIVE go to Walmart half the price !!!!
Star Tire gave me great service when I bought my tires. They didn't try to oversell me, they took the time to give me the information I needed to make the right choice. I'd definitely would go there again.
