This facility and each of the personnel are very professional, and practicing a very safe environment. Ms. Ashli and Ms. Katie are so kind and at the same time work so diligently to coach you through your journey to recovery. I am very grateful for the staff to be there to support me on my path and the contoured treatment to my specific needs. I completely recommend Star Therapy at this location to anyone in need! My mother has been coming to Star Therapy for a few months now. She is not a strong English speaker, so we really appreciate Katy, Jose, and Felicia (the previous receptionist) being so helpful and patient. She has had nothing but good things to say about this place, until recently. The new receptionist Connie isn't as patient with my mother. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day, because the rest of the staff are absolutely exceptional. Because of this, I will have to knock my rating down a star.
Katie is very caring and professional. My mom has been suffering with neck pain. Katie helps my mom a lot. Now she doesn’t feel pain anymore and sleep well everyday. Thank you Katie and team
