I usually come here for the state-required inspection sticker for multiple vehicles I own and the gentleman who normally handles them has always treated me respectfully and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. Another employee was doing inspections, and instead of simply telling me that he had two or more vehicles ahead of me, he became visibly annoyed because I was parked in front of the bay. I was told by a previous mechanic at another place, that I needed to have new struts and I also needed to have repairs made to a leaking transmission, which surprised me as I’d had a transmission leak repaired the previous year. Was told to be there at 8:30 am for my car to be checked. Was completely ignored and when I asked the mechanic Brian almost 45 minutes later how long ? He was rude and told me it depends on how many times he has to stop working to answer questions
