My warranty company assigned this company to my claim and it took me 3 MONTHS to get my microwave. At first I thought it was the warranty company having issues BUT again this company got assigned to another claim I've had to do for my oven and its been 2 weeks since Scott has been here. I have called Scott and left messages he never returns so today I called my warranty company and they told me that Scott never did his part on sending them the diagnoses of my oven. HORRIBLE customer service from the customer service rep. she hung up on me and would not answer after calling back. called the owner Scott Smith who was just as rude! He stated there is rude people all over Farmington so they arent the first business I've dealt with having poor customer service. he stated he didnt need my business. After posting on my Facebook I have 17 dissatisfied customers. So I'm glad they didn't come out to do the job because it sounds like they dont do good work!
