I had to do communication with this dealership over email because I have a newborn and as many know, it takes up all hours of the day. I tried to keep up with emails by night and phone was not possible with the baby crying. After an initial email quote from Meeza in response to a submitted online form, I narrowed down colors and asked for a few more quotes by email, and when I didn’t get a response I told the automatic email that I wanted to be removed from the email and text list because I didn’t get response after 4 emails... read more

We had a great experience buying a new Crosstrek Hybrid at Star Subaru. Meeza O'Dair was fantastic - patient, very knowledgeable, informative, and super nice - she's a real start. Mike explained the financing and extended warranty options very clearly and without pressure (plus he shared his outstanding lunch, which was above and beyond!), and manager Anthony was also helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealer! Last but not least, Tae was also terrific.
