This gym is amazing! If i can give this gym a million stars, I would. The trainer is very kind hearted and brilliant. She helped me get a good workout in even though i have so many injuries. She helped me modify exercises based on my injuries and she's very patient with you. I'm a very active 63 year old and that workout satisfied my needs! Please give this gym a try. You won't regret it! The owner Anna is a plus fifty :)
Such a special place, the vibe, the people (ANNA) the classes, everything. I always leave feeling stronger and happier.
Star studio is a big beautiful space offering so many fitness classes. My favorite class is Zumba with Justine on Sunday morning at 9am. Dance and shake what your momma gave you, laugh and have fun with the most beautiful and supportive ladies in the area.
If you’re looking for a place to exercise and have fun and meet a wonderful group of women then this is definitely your go to place! Definitely contact Anna where you will be recharging and refreshed! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
