The coaches are amazing and the gym fam is equally as awesome. I’ve lost 60 pounds since I’ve started coming and I don’t think I’d be crushing my goals as well without all the support and encouragement from everyone. I love this place!!
I absolutely LOVE this place! This is more than a CrossFit gym, whether you’re looking for CF classes, want to do your own thing, focus on Powerlifting, etc. SSCF has something for you. The facility is always clean, equipment well maintained, and awesome atmosphere. Staff is friendly, personable, and always willing to help. The class was great! The coach made us feel welcome and was encouraging! It was my friend’s first class and I'm still learning all the ins and outs of snatch lifts. He made sure that we knew the lifts, felt comfortable and checked in between sets. I truly enjoy the CrossFit gym you all have. We will be back 💪🏻😊
