I don't hesitate in recommending Star Spa. First of all we got a very good deal with the purchase of a refurbished hot tub. Delivery, set up, chemicals and a new filter were all included in a very reasonable price. It was much easier than if we had bought a used one online from someone we didn't know. because I bought a hot tub maybe 3 years ago and it never worked since I got it, they came and fixed once for about $279 it work about 2days and back to same . I was promised they would fix it. they wanted the$279.00 they wanted that and then they would fix. why should I pay for something that never worked.. in the meantime I had the electric running for over 2 years and not getting used..Going to call Dave Bowman WNEP16 to get some help. I bought my spa 7 years ago on a fair deal and have enjoyed my tub UNTILL the pump finally went. I’m pretty handy so I drained tub and removed old pump called star for new one they told me they needed numbers off it ,so I took pictures of everything emailed them to them,this was Saturday then I waited called Monday morning and called and left a message. Excellent service. Fast & efficient repair of our hot tube!
Donna and Kyle did a great job for my Family, we got a reasonably priced hot tub that was a perfect fit for us. Installation and customer service were excellent !
We have had spas serviced by Star Spa over the past 20 ish years and recently bought a new spa through them. We cannot say enough good things about the service, friendliness, efficiency and quality workmanship. The new tub installation went smoothly, and Kyle, the installer, was courteous and thorough with demonstrating the operation. Their prices are reasonable as well. We will never use another company for service or purchase of hot tubs.
