Extremely efficient operation. This place is popular because you'll likely get mail coupons directly or from those value pak coupon envelopes. Overall it's a reasonably priced joint (with coupon) especially they would give you a free test within 30 days if you fail the test the first time. Used a coupon which ended up being comical as they add $8 for a 'certificate' which is just them sending the info electronically to the DMV. Then they charge for using a credit card too. On top of that I wandered off to kill time since many people were before me. When I got in my car I saw that they left the key in and turned on with radio on so wasting battery power for no reason. Car with the key in it was left on the lot with no one around. There are smog places all over. Id never return to this nonsense
What I expected this to be a painful errand that no one enjoys, I found the service to be pretty awesome. The staff was super nice and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.
