Did not cut my hair how I asked (gave reference photos), used a flat iron during the cut, cut unwanted layers and barely blended them. 35** dollars in the garbage and had to buzz it all off when I got home. Edit: added the reference photo (from Pinterest) vs the actual hairdo she gave me, showing the random "pointy" layers she left me with, and the difference in desired length (the reference photo is cheekbone length, the longest "layers" of mine ended past my jaw).
