They charged us when we rented equipment from them and then they were supposed to pick it up on Monday morning. We called Monday afternoon to remind them and they said not to worry about it, we were off the rental and it was their responsibility now. Tuesday, they still didn't pick it up, it was in a parking lot where they delivered it. We expressed great concern about the equipment and they still didn't show up.
