MOVED IN 2005 MOVED OUT 2022 ! all I can say is don't break your neck to move here, from my experience i have lived in many of their buildings due to faulty apts. And from reading all the other reviews and complaints NOTHING WILL CHANGE UNLESS DOB, OR HUD takes things seriously.
