All of these people who are praising Luke are absolutely wrong. If you look up the definition of a good landlord on the dictionary, his name would not appear. I rented from Luke Siewert for 1.5 years while my wife and I saved to purchase our own home. Everything was fine until we were ready to move out. We had the place completely cleaned top to bottom and move-in ready with the exception of the carpets that needed to be cleaned.
