STAR REALTORS should be run out of town! They don't even deserve one star... but I had to give them one just to get my rating. HORRIBLE business ethics... I'll NEVER do business with them again, and recommend that you don't either. We put in a bid for a foreclosed house. Looking for a good deal on a repo? This company works primarily with reposessed housing and if you are looking for that type of home to buy, then I would suggest you take the time to call them. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable of the business and they have a wide variety of homes for sale.
Unknowledgeable, Unresponsive, and Unhelpful I dealt with Jeb (John) Blasingame on a REO property and there is truly nothing positive I can say about him or Star realtors. The paperwork was never in order and was a constant mess. From the wrong purchase price to inaccurate details, Star Realtors found a way to mess it up. Dissapointed My recent experience with this company was far from pleasant. Seems we had a deadline to submit our highest and final offer on a Friday at 2:00 pm as both parties did. However, the other party decided to change their offer and resubmit it over the weekend out bidding us. On Monday, we were told we had the house, only to be told a short while later that we needed to resubmit our highest and best offer because we of the offer that came in over the weekend.
