Would never suggest this as a rental, they add on things dont give u a copy of lease say one thing then try and change the whole deal get the run around from the owner who u never meet u meet everyone else outside of him who u are in contact with through text and charge for things that were not even the case as paying for 2 crisper drawers that were broken when my family moved in and told 5 dollars a day per day for late fee and then they try saying that it's 5% of rent an the 5 dollars per day so if u are one day late it wo... read more

My experience with Gold Star Investments, particularly Jason Krueger, was overwhelmingly positive. In late July 2025, we first connected about my interest in finding an apartment prior to my move to Oshkosh where I was set to begin a full-time job with the Wisconsin Herd. Jason was always responsive, informative, and consistently addressed any issues I encountered. I would highly recommend any UWO students or any other potential tenants consider leasing with Gold Star Investments.
