I’m giving them one star. My mother was sick and they made her go get a negative Covid test before she could be seen. (It was negative. She has bronchitis) What’s the purpose of being her PCP if you’re not going to be her PCP?? I guess they only see well people.

Don’t answer the phone, website is awful, don’t follow through on referrals.
I have been a patient of Dr Patel for many years however the service has gone downhill. I call to talk to the office and I am either being sent to voicemail or placed on hold for several minutes without nobody responding. Very unprofessional
