On May 8, 2024, ***** ******* from Star Point Home Improvement, LLC had roofers come and completely replace my 13 year old roof for $7,600. I paid out of pocket since I didn't have home insurance at that time. On May 12th while I was doing laundry, I noticed the hot water heater vent was not lined up right with my roof. The roofers came out that night and fixed the hot water heater alignment, but they didn't paint the bottom part of the vent on the roof. I thought it was too good to be true. I questioned whether it was a scam or not. Mr. *****kept assuring me it was not a scam. I have State Farm insurance and they worked with them beautifully. I got a new roof, and I did not have to pay a penny Seems too good to be true but it’s absolutely true. The roofers were very professional and respectful to our home and yard. I definitely would recommend this company to everyone over any other roofing company. Mr ***** was always very patient with me. He is also an Army veteran.
