These guys were fantastic. My husband will tell you I was a bit nervous about all of the people that would come knocking on our door saying they could replace our roof. There were so many fraud stories out there but, when I met the wonderful salesman, his transparency made me much more comfortable. When the finally came to do the work I was impressed by their promptness, their professionalism, respect and how well they cleaned up afterwards. I already left a review in the past saying that soliciting is not allowed in our community. And it happened today again... same company... You guys at Star Plus need to learn how to read a sign and respect our community.
The team at Star Plus Group made the whole process feel easy and smoothly. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, everything was done with care. I really appreciated how responsive and caring everyone was, especially Isabela who guided me through every step of the process. It’s rare to find people who treat your home like it’s their own, but that’s exactly what they did. I highly recommend them!
