This is based in owensboro. They do not have an address on file so if you do not live in owensboro they will charge their hourly rate just to drive to your house. They do not drive to your residence and then charge an hourly rate. They consider the drive to your house a part of it. Very much a waste of time.

I need a propane line run from the tank to our pole barn. 3 weeks ago Star Plumbing sent a technician to estimate the job. I have called 3 times to inquire about the cost. On the last call I told them if they don't want the job, please just let me know. It's not complicated. She said she'd talk to the tech and call right back. That was 3 days ago. No return call

Four other local plumbers wanted to start jack-hammering our floor to repair a water leak under the slab! The Manager; Isaac made a special trip to analyze the problem and make some suggestions. The plumbers; Jacob & Lucas were here on time, very professional and fixed the problem with no damage to flooring, carpet or other fixtures other than a small cut of drywall inside a closet. Daniel Hammer with Star Plumbing came and cleared a couple of drains for me today. He did a great job! Very personable and professional!!! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Late in the evening we had a plumbing issue with our business. Paul Rhodes was happy to come up and share his knowledge and experience with our current situation. Paul was extremely helpful in getting our plumbing issue under control until we could get the correct parts to solve our issue. Paul's willingness to share his experience and knowledge about the current situation aided us in a positive way.
