Thier plumbers do not know what they are doing received a bill for the plumber coming out and doing nothing saying it was the main that was blocked and I need to call the water company, I spent 2 weeks without being able to use the plumbing in my home. I made the calls nessary to have the main cleaned when the company that cleans the main came out they informed me that it was not the main and was in fact on my side of the drains.. had to call Henry's plumbing to actual fix the problem... 20 mins and a snake problem solved...... read more

This place is a scam they send workers to your home to walk around for 10 minutes tell you they aren't gonna do their job then charge you and leave

These people are worthless , my daughter had a drain issue for months and star plumbing guaranteed they could handle problem but they came out and destroyed her yard and didn’t fix anything and charged them 1000$ and problem still not fixed ,so they came down to 900$ and fixed absolutely nothing . Another plumbing company came out and in 15 minutes 15 minutes they had it fixed .

After 3/4 visits and several hundred dollars our leaking commode still leaks. Technician said that's all he knew to do. On our last call we were told that they had lost money on this job and she would consult her boss. Never heard from them again. Don't recommend.
