I need a propane line run from the tank to our pole barn. 3 weeks ago Star Plumbing sent a technician to estimate the job. I have called 3 times to inquire about the cost. On the last call I told them if they don't want the job, please just let me know. It's not complicated. She said she'd talk to the tech and call right back. That was 3 days ago. No return call
Four other local plumbers wanted to start jack-hammering our floor to repair a water leak under the slab! The Manager; Isaac made a special trip to analyze the problem and make some suggestions. The plumbers; Jacob & Lucas were here on time, very professional and fixed the problem with no damage to flooring, carpet or other fixtures other than a small cut of drywall inside a closet. Late in the evening we had a plumbing issue with our business. Paul Rhodes was happy to come up and share his knowledge and experience with our current situation. Paul was extremely helpful in getting our plumbing issue under control until we could get the correct parts to solve our issue. Paul's willingness to share his experience and knowledge about the current situation aided us in a positive way.
Called them on a Friday morning due to issues with my garbage disposal leaking and shutting itself off. I provided a new one for install and they were able to have someone out same day before 3pm. Spoke to Jennifer in the office who quickly got it scheduled. Paul took less than an hour to get it all squared up. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I will use their services again if ever needed and recommend. Thanks again, Paul and team.
