When I started going to Star PT in Covington, Tn I could hardly walk due to so much pain in my back and hips. I had spine surgery the month earlier. I met Alexa and Jessica and Jonathan and loved them from the 1st. As the months went by Alexa showed me how to build muscle in my back, hips, legs due to being so weak.
